Un \u0153il ouvert, dont le mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris directement sur l\u2019\u0153il droit du Capitaine, est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la peinture acrylique sur l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 gauche du couvercle. Ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite recouvert d\u2019un vernis brillant. Au fond de la bo\u00eete et en position centrale est coll\u00e9e une impression papier d\u2019une image l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d\u2019une photographie num\u00e9rique du cr\u00e2ne de Gertrude. Les contours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9coup\u00e9s et les orbites \u00e9vid\u00e9es.
