Battre les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige et les incorporer au       m\u00e9lange. Mettre le tout dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 de 23 cm; faire cuire au four \u00e0 175\u00b0 de 18 \u00e0 25 minutes en surveillant la cuisson \u00e0 partir de 16 minutes; pour cela enfoncer une aiguille \u00e0       tricoter au coeur du gateau, elle doit ressortir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement enduite de chocolat; si le chocolat coule de l&rsquo;aiguille, le gateau manque d&rsquo;une ou deux minutes de cuisson; si, par contre,       l&rsquo;aiguille ressort nette de chocolat, le gateau est trop cuit&#8230;<br \/>       Faire refroidir le gateau sur une grille et attendre qu&rsquo;il soit froid pour le d\u00e9mouler.<br \/>       Pour le gla\u00e7age, faire un m\u00e9lange de sucre glace et de caf\u00e9, puis rajouter le chocolat fondu; \u00e9taler uniform\u00e9ment sur le gateau.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>     <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GERTRUDE en ligne depuis UN AN D\u00c9J\u00c0!
